Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of No Scrubs AI at https://noscrubs-ai.org. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

No Scrubs AI lets you upload 1 to 3 photos and generate a short vertical video in the style of the No Scrubs AI trend, with TLC’s original recording of “No Scrubs” laid over it. No Scrubs AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TLC, their record label, Hype Williams, TikTok or ByteDance.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use No Scrubs AI. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only photos of yourself, or of adults who agreed to be put in the video. Photos of pets are fine.
• No photos of minors.
• No photos of celebrities or other public figures.
• No photos you don’t have the right to use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use No Scrubs AI to:

• impersonate anyone, including TLC, or pass off a video as real footage of a person;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone’s privacy, publicity, copyright or trademark rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may block generations, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Posting

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service. Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on social platforms. You are responsible for how you post your video, and for keeping the AI label on wherever a platform asks for it.

AI Output

AI results vary. The model may keep the background or clothes from your photos, and we don’t guarantee that a video will look exactly as you expect. Please review your video before you share it.

Credits, Packs and Offers

• Videos use credits: 6 seconds costs 6 credits, 10 seconds costs 13 credits and 15 seconds costs 20 credits. There are no free credits on sign-up.
• Packs are one-time purchases in USD: Single, $9.90 for 20 credits; Triple, $19.90 for 60 credits; Crew, $29.90 for 100 credits. Credits never expire.
• Payment is by card through Stripe Checkout, and on Apple devices also with Apple Pay.
• Newcomer offer: the first time you run out of credits, you get 20% off one purchase for 8 hours (once per account). Returning customers who have paid before and had a video finish get 30% off every purchase, with no end date.
• Referrals: you get +1 credit for each friend who signs up with your link (up to 50 signups) and +10 credits when that friend makes a first purchase; the friend gets 20% off their first order for 24 hours.
• Videos have no watermark.

Refunds

• Not happy with a finished video? Email [email protected] and we refund it.
• Partly used pack? The credits you haven’t used yet are refunded.
• Refunds are paid as money to your original payment method through Stripe, not as credits.
• Failed renders are retried once for free; if a render fails again, its credits come back automatically. Photos the model refuses also get their credits back automatically.

Termination

You may stop using No Scrubs AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use No Scrubs AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
