How No Scrubs AI collects, uses, stores and deletes your account data, uploaded photos and generated videos.

This Privacy Policy explains how No Scrubs AI (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use https://noscrubs-ai.org.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information. You sign in with Google only. We receive your name, email address and profile picture (avatar) from your Google account.
  2. Photos you upload. The 1 to 3 photos you provide so we can make your video, including the faces shown in them.
  3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you and related details such as the chosen length, task status and creation time.
  4. Payment information. Pack, order and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  5. Usage data. Pages visited, features used and technical details such as browser and device type, collected through Google Analytics cookies.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your uploaded photos are used only to make the video you asked for. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

AI Processing and Other Providers

To make your video, your photos are sent to our AI video provider (Seedance 2.0 Mini by ByteDance, through the KIE API). The AI provider doesn’t keep your photos. We also rely on providers for hosting and cloud storage, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). Each receives only the data it needs to do its job for us.

Storage and Retention

  • Uploaded photos are stored on our cloud storage and deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
  • Finished videos stay in your account so you can watch, download and share them, until you ask us to delete them.
  • Account and order records are kept while your account exists, and longer only where the law requires it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to delete your photos, videos or your whole account sooner, or ask for access to or correction of your personal data, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or getting a copy of your data.

Children

Do not upload photos of children. No Scrubs AI is only for photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to be in the video, and it is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
